Dr Richard Armstrong has twenty five years of experience serving the triangle through Chiropractic care. He has twice been recognized as the North Carolina Chiropractor of the year and is a former president of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association. He is the co-founder of Chiropractic Partners and has been nationally recognized for exceptional low back pain care.
