Dr. Krasnov provides many solutions, including manual and instrument assisted adjustments, Active Release Technique, instrument assisted soft tissue techniques, physiotherapy modalities such as laser, ultrasound and electrical stimulation and rehabilitative exercises. Dr. Krasnov and his staff are professional and friendly, and they take the time to listen to you and get to know your concerns before recommending any treatment.
When he is not working in his Durham office, Dr. Krasnov enjoys reading, listening to music, and mountain climbing. He lives in Chapel Hill with his wife and 2 daughters. Dr. Krasnov also works with USA Swimming and USA Track and Field. He also travels all over the United States teaching post-doctoral courses to chiropractors in sports injuries, extremity treatment and soft tissue work. It’s no wonder Dr. Krasnov was voted Best Chiropractor in the Triangle and was chosen as team chiropractor for the 1996 US Olympic track and field team, and has also served as team chiropractor for NC State and Duke athletics.
