Our office is located at 7636 Purfoy road in Fuquay Varina. We are at the corner of Purfoy and Old Honeycutt in the Purfoy Professional Centre. We are conveniently located in southern Wake county and accessible to Apex, Holly Springs, Angier and Lillington.

Inspired by his own transformative chiropractic experience, Dr. Brook Wallace now focuses on helping others alleviate their pain, from workplace injuries to back issues. He utilizes such techniques as Cox flexion/distraction, diversified adjustments, intersegmental traction and electrical muscle stimulation. He is an instructor for the BackSafe/Sitting Safe program which helps prevent conditions caused by improper desk posture or heavy lifting. Dr. Wallace also has advanced training in sports injury, nutrition counseling and personalized exercise programs.

Our office accepts most insurance plans and will file insurance on your behalf. We also accept and treat workers comp and personal injury / auto accidents. Our friendly staff will work with all patients to make sure your treatments, whether utilizing insurance or cash, will be affordable.

We open at 7 am 5 days a week to allow for convenient appointment times.
