From 440: Take 440 Beltline
to Six Forks Road North Exit (8A) Take Six Forks Road for approximately 3.5
miles. You will cross Millbrook Road and Lynn Road. We are located on the right
just past the Eye Care Associates.
From 540: Take 540 to the Six
Forks Rd. Exit Go south on Six Forks Rd. You will cross Strickland Rd. and
Sawmill Rd. We are located on the left hand side of the road a couple of
buildings past the Wendy's. You will see a blue and white Chiropractic Partners
sign in our front yard.
